In February 2025 the list of the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants was read out: Marble first in Saudi Arabia, sixteenth in the region.
The ranking was read out at the list’s annual ceremony. Marble at number sixteen in the Middle East and North Africa, and first among the restaurants of Saudi Arabia.
That day we wrote a line of Nabati verse to the friends of Marble — «لو حصل للمطاعم في المزاين سباق، اختصرنا على أهل القول وأهل الفعال» — and dedicated the work to them.
Behind the rank are years of daily work: more than 200 experiments in the Marble lab, 100 dishes developed for our menu, and 90 private and public events served.
In 2026 we moved up to twelfth. The road from 2023 to today: 30, then 23, then 16, then 12.
