We bring our kitchen and smoker to your occasion: steak and wood-smoked meat cooked and carved in front of your guests. We have served more than 90 private and public events and worked with the Ministry of Energy, NEOM, Ithra and Arab National Bank.
The live station: steak and meat carved in front of guests
A travelling kitchen and a wood smoker anywhere in the Kingdom. The chef and the team arrive before your guests with the fire lit, and the meat is carved and served on the spot: smoked brisket, ribs and steak over the fire.
Steak for events, companies and weddings
We host company events, exhibitions, conferences, festivals and national occasions, weddings and private occasions, from 50 guests to more than 1,000. For smaller groups, a private dinner at Marble fits better.
The menu
Every occasion starts with a menu we build with you from Marble’s dishes: ten-hour brisket, eight-hour ribs and steak over samar wood, with vegetarian and allergy-aware options.
How it starts
Send us the date, the headcount and the place on WhatsApp or through the events page form. We propose a menu, a programme and a cost within 48 hours; large events get a tasting at Marble beforehand.
