Marble policies: dress code, children and reservations

Reservations

  • A reservation must be confirmed at least two hours ahead, or it is cancelled automatically.
  • Each table is held for two hours, so that every guest can be seated.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the restaurant may cancel the booking or release the table.
  • Reservations for more than eight guests require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations must reach us at least four hours before the reservation.
  • Tell us in advance about any special request, such as a cake or a table arrangement.
  • On weekends and holidays we may ask for an extra confirmation.

Children

  • Children are not admitted after 8 PM.
  • Before 8 PM children are welcome when accompanied by a guardian.
  • The guardian is fully responsible for supervising the child inside and outside the restaurant.

Dress

  • All guests are asked to dress appropriately.
  • Unsuitable sportswear and home clothing are not admitted.
  • The restaurant may refuse entry to any guest who does not meet the dress requirements.

Lost and found

  • Anything found in the restaurant is handed straight to reception or management.
  • We keep lost items for seven days only; after that we hold no responsibility.
  • The restaurant is not responsible for personal belongings lost in the dining room or its facilities.
  • Items are returned only against an accurate description or proof of ownership.

Large parties and events

  • For parties above the sizes offered online, and for private dinners or full buyouts, contact the events team directly.

Allergies and dietary needs

  • Tell us when booking or before ordering. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts and sesame, and we do our best to accommodate you.

Privacy

  • We use your details (name, mobile, email) only to manage and communicate about your reservation.
  • They are held in the SevenRooms reservation system and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
  • We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used in aggregate, such as the most visited pages and how many bookings and calls it leads to. It sets cookies for this site only, with ad personalisation and Google-account linking turned off.
