A private table or a closed corner of our dining room, a set or bespoke menu, and dedicated service all evening. Made for family dinners, working suppers and small celebrations.
02Full buyout
Up to 80 guests
The whole place is yours: the room, the chef and the team. We build the evening with you from welcome to coffee and handle the details your guests never see.
03Off-site catering
50 – 1,000+ guests
A travelling kitchen and a wood smoker anywhere in the Kingdom. Full set-up, a service team, and meat carved in front of your guests. We have worked festivals, headquarters and national occasions.

Catering and event hospitality in Riyadh
In Riyadh, Marble caters wedding nights and engagements, company celebrations and conferences, and family gatherings at homes, istirahas and halls. The food comes from the restaurant’s own kitchen: brisket smoked for ten hours and ribs for eight in an off-set smoker over samar wood, and steak over the fire, with the meat carved in front of the guests.
The chef and the service team reach your venue before the guests, with the fire lit, for 50 to more than 1,000 guests. For smaller numbers, Marble hosts private dinners for 8 to 24 guests in its room at Turki Square, or up to 80 guests when you book the whole restaurant.
