A table booked on the site, a private dinner for 8 to 24 guests, or the whole restaurant for up to 80. A practical guide to a business dinner at Marble.
A business dinner in Riyadh needs three things: a table where people can talk, food worthy of the guest, and an evening that does not keep the host from their guests. At Marble we host business dinners in three ways: a table booked on the site, a private dinner for 8 to 24 guests, or the whole restaurant for up to 80. This is a practical guide to choosing between them.
A business dinner in Riyadh: when is Marble the right choice?
Marble is a steak and wood-smoked meat restaurant at Turki Square in Riyadh, open since 2018. It is No. 12 on the Middle East & North Africa's 50 Best Restaurants 2026, on the list since 2022, and won Best Steakhouse at the FACT Dining Awards Riyadh in 2023 and 2024.
The food starts the conversation on its own: brisket smoked for ten hours, ribeye over samar wood.
A meeting of two to four people only needs a table from the reservations page. A team dinner or a visiting delegation is better served by a private dinner or a full buyout. If you are looking for a restaurant for a larger business meeting in Riyadh, start with the next section.
Private dinner or full buyout?
A private dinner at Marble is for 8 to 24 guests: a private table or a closed corner of our room, with dedicated service all evening. It suits a board dinner, a client and their team, or a team dinner at the end of a project.
A full buyout is for up to 80 guests: the whole place is yours, the room, the chef and the team. We build the evening with you from welcome to coffee and handle the details your guests never see. It suits corporate dinners, launches and visiting delegations.
For larger numbers, or a dinner at your offices or an event venue, we bring our kitchen and smoker to you for 50 guests and more, anywhere in the Kingdom. We have worked with the Ministry of Energy, NEOM, Ithra and Arab National Bank, among others.
The menu: set or built for your guests
For private dinners and buyouts you choose between a set menu and one we build for you. A set menu is simpler when time is short and the headcount is fixed. A bespoke menu suits you when you want particular dishes or a particular order to the evening.
Think about the kind of meeting before choosing. A first dinner with a new client is not the same as a dinner to celebrate a team that has finished a project. Tell us the occasion and we will propose the menu that fits it.
Among the dishes that became Marble signatures: the brisket smoked for ten hours, the ribs smoked for eight, the ribeye over samar wood, and the 200g filet mignon over wood.
Tell us in advance about any allergy or dietary need among your guests. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts and sesame, and we build the menu with vegetarian and allergy-aware options. Large events get a tasting at Marble beforehand.
Timing, length and a quiet conversation
Marble is open Saturday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The meeting can be a working lunch in the middle of the day or a dinner after a long day of meetings.
A regular booking holds the table for two hours, and we keep it for 15 minutes past the booking time. If the meeting needs longer or more privacy, a private dinner in a closed corner is the better fit.
Our service knows when to come close and when to leave you the room, which is what a business conversation needs. Dress is smart; sportswear and loungewear are not admitted.
How to book: the request, a proposal within 48 hours, the deposit
First, send us the date, the headcount and the kind of meeting, on WhatsApp, by calling 011 430 0040, or through the form on the events page.
The clearer the request, the sharper the proposal. Tell us the time you prefer, whether you want a set or bespoke menu, any allergy or dietary need, and any special request such as a table arrangement or a cake.
Second, we propose a menu, a programme and a cost within 48 hours, then adjust until it fits.
Third, we confirm. Bookings above 8 guests need a non-refundable deposit, and cancellations must reach us at least 4 hours ahead. The full terms are on the policies page.
On the day, we are in place before your guests arrive.
One last piece of advice: during conference and exhibition seasons the whole of Riyadh gets busy, so send your request as early as you can, to leave time for the proposal, changes and a tasting if you need one. Regular tables can be booked on the site up to 90 days ahead.
Send us your request
The details of private dinners and full buyouts are on our private dining page, the dishes are on the menu page, and the address and hours are on the visit page. For a small meeting of two to four, book your table directly on the reservations page.
