At an organisation's event, the catering runs on someone else's schedule. This is how Marble builds it.
Corporate and government events are different: a fixed agenda, guests at many levels, and the name of an institution on the hospitality. So our work starts from the agenda, not the menu.
A programme that follows the agenda
We build the catering around the event: the welcome, the breaks, and the main lunch or dinner. We send the proposal with the menu, the programme and the cost within 48 hours of the first contact, then adjust it with your team.
A carving station in front of the guests
At conferences and events, the smoker and the carving station become a place where guests gather. The meat is carved in front of them by the Marble chef and team. Details are on the live cooking page (/en/live-cooking).
Who we have worked with
Marble has worked with the Ministry of Energy, NEOM, Ithra and Arab National Bank, at headquarters, conferences and national occasions, and has served more than 90 private and public events in the Kingdom.
Numbers and places
We cater from 50 to more than 1,000 guests, in Riyadh and across the Kingdom. For smaller working dinners, a private dinner at Marble seats 8 to 24 (/en/private-dining).
Menus
Every event gets its own menu, with options for vegetarians and for allergies, presented at a tasting ahead of the day for large events.
Contact
To request a proposal, send the date, the headcount and the venue through the events page (/en/catering).
