Looking for a restaurant open late in Riyadh? Marble is open every day until 3:00 AM. Saturday to Thursday we open at 12:00 PM, on Friday at 1:00 PM, and every day we close at 3:00 AM. So dinner after midnight with us is a full dinner, from the same kitchen and over the same fire.

If you are looking for somewhere open until dawn: Marble does not stay open until dawn, but it closes at 3:00 AM, which is time enough for a full dinner after most evenings out. If you will arrive very late, call us on 011 430 0040 before you come to check the last order that night.

Late dinner after concerts and events
Riyadh stays up late, especially during Riyadh Season. Concerts, matches and shows finish late, and then comes the question of dinner. A 3:00 AM close leaves enough time for a full dinner after the evening, without rushing.
The same goes for anyone leaving work late, landing in Riyadh on an evening flight, or wanting a quiet dinner once the city has calmed down. The kitchen is working, the fire is lit, and the menu is in front of you.
On Friday we open at 1:00 PM and close at 3:00 AM, so a weekend can start with a late lunch and end with dinner after midnight in the same place. Each table is set for two hours, so plan your arrival with the closing time in mind.
What to order late
If you are very hungry: the brisket smoked for ten hours over wood (250g), the ribs smoked for eight hours, or the 350g ribeye over samar wood with caramelised lemon and salt flakes.
If you want something lighter: the Korean taco with tenderloin on a tortilla baked on open flame, the ponzu steak (200g of striploin with green onion and ponzu), or the tenderloin foam (80g).
To share at the table: the 180g Marble Burger with its seared edges, crisp onion rings with tzatziki, and fries with dried Marble herbs. With the meat, order the herb sauce our guests come back for, made in our kitchen every day. For something lighter on the side: the rocca salad with herbs and balsamic.
To finish: the pecan and caramel cheesecake our mother Maha baked for the team on Marble's birthday, 14 April 2018, still on the menu. Or the crème brûlée, or a cortado or espresso. To drink: S.Pellegrino sparkling water, soft drinks, or an iced Americano for cold coffee.
If the evening is a celebration, the cheesecake also comes whole. Tell us in advance about any special request, such as a cake or a table arrangement.

Booking after midnight
We recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends and event nights. Pick the date and party size on the reservations page, and the open times appear right away. The booking completes without leaving the site, and a confirmation reaches your phone.
If nothing is open on the night you want, try another day or reach out to us. Times marked «request» are not confirmed instantly; our team reviews them and gets back to you.
We hold the table for 15 minutes past the booking time, each table is set for two hours, and cancellations need at least 4 hours' notice. On weekends and holidays we may ask for an extra confirmation.
A note for families: children are welcome before 8 PM with a guardian and are not admitted after 8 PM. A late dinner at Marble is for adults.
If you are a large group after an event, bookings above 8 guests need a non-refundable deposit. For a private dinner of 8 to 24 guests, contact the events team.
