In 2022 Marble entered MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants for the first time. The name returned in 2023, and again in 2024, making Marble one of the few Saudi restaurants to hold the list three years running.
The list cannot be bought or requested; more than 250 independent experts across the region vote on it. Being chosen once is an honour. Being chosen three times is consistency — the hardest thing in restaurants.
Alongside it came the FACT Dining Awards Riyadh two years in a row, and the trust of national institutions in our catering. But our measures do not hang on a wall: they are re-earned every evening, plate by plate.
